About Berek
Insurance is the business. People are the reason.
For Berek Dyson, Oklahoma isn't just where he does business. It's home.
Born and raised in Elk City, Oklahoma, Berek grew up with values that still guide him today: work hard, treat people right, take care of your family, and do what you say you're going to do.
Berek attended Oklahoma State University, earning bachelor's degrees in both Finance and Marketing. His background in business, finance and insurance eventually led him to a simple realization:
People don't want to feel like another policy number.
They want someone they know. Someone they can call. Someone they trust.
That’s the idea behind Baer Insurance Solutions.
Built on Trust. Backed by Solutions.
For Berek, those aren't just words underneath a logo.
Whether he's helping a family protect their home and vehicles or sitting across the table from a business owner who has spent years building a company, Berek believes the conversation should start with one question:
What have you worked hard to build—and how can we help protect it?
His approach isn't about pushing a particular policy.
It's about listening first, asking the right questions, understanding what matters to the customer, and then helping explore insurance solutions that make sense for their situation.
Oklahoma Independent Agent
Berek is licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance and works with Agents of The Insurance Center Agency, providing resources for a broad range of personal and commercial insurance needs.

Family Comes First.
Today, Berek and his wife, Kelsey, call Bixby, Oklahoma home, where they're raising their daughter, Dylan.
Kelsey has Oklahoma roots of her own. She grew up in the Tulsa area, graduated from Jenks, and went on to attend Oklahoma State University, earning her bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She later earned her master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences and continues practicing today.
For Berek, being a husband and dad reinforces something he believes about his business:
Insurance isn't really about policies. It's about people and the things that matter to them.
A house isn't just a structure. It's where your family lives.
A vehicle isn't just something sitting in the driveway. It's how you get your kids to school and your family where they need to go.
A business isn't just a building or a balance sheet. It can represent years—or generations—of someone's hard work.
Those are the things worth protecting.
The Guy Next Door.
There's more to Berek than insurance.
He's a golfer, an Oklahoma Sports fan, an OKC Thunder fan and a Dallas Cowboys fan.
Berek and his family attend Battle Creek, and some of his favorite time is spent at Lake Eufaula with family and friends.
And if you really want to know Berek, there's one more thing you should probably know:
He loves Christmas.
Why put any of that on an insurance website?
Because Baer Insurance Solutions isn't supposed to feel like a faceless company.

The person you see here is the person you're doing business with.
Berek lives here. He's raising his family here. He understands working for what you have, building something you're proud of and wanting to protect the people and things you've worked for.
Relationships Before Policies.
Listen. Understand. Solve.
Berek believes good insurance should begin with a conversation—not a sales pitch.
Tell him what you're trying to protect.
Tell him what concerns you about your current insurance.
Ask questions.
And if you don't understand something in your policy, ask that too.
The goal is to help you better understand your options so you can make an informed decision for yourself, your family or your business.
Let’s Start With a Conversation.
You don't have to know exactly what coverage you need before calling.
That's Berek's job—to listen, understand what you're trying to protect and help you explore the available solutions.
Because at the end of the day, insurance is about something much bigger than premiums and policies.
It's about protecting what you've worked for—and the people you're working for.
Built on Trust.
